1. Our Fundamental Commitment
VitalCare AI treats your personal health information with the utmost confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your blood pressure, glucose, BMI, mood journals, or lifestyle data to data brokers, pharmaceutical marketers, or third-party advertisers.
2. Data Minimization & Storage
You are never required to create an account or provide sensitive health data to browse general educational articles or try our calculators. When you choose to save readings, data is stored securely in your authenticated database schema with Row Level Security (RLS) or locally in your browser’s isolated client storage.
3. AI Chat Privacy & Confidentiality
When you communicate with our AI Wellness Assistant, your queries are processed strictly to generate evidence-based responses. We do not send your full historical medical logs to external AI providers without your explicit session action.
4. Your Data Export & Permanent Erasure Rights
You maintain total sovereignty over your health records. At any time via your Profile settings, you can:
- Export all stored measurements, logs, and profile info into standard JSON or CSV files.
- Trigger a complete, irreversible wipe of all account records and browser storage with a single click.
